To help us to get an idea of the demand for cross-pavement solutions and eligibility we need to ask questions about you and your property. To do this we first need your consent to keep and use your answers.
Consent under Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR (DPA 2018)) is the lawful basis used to process your information for this purpose. This is defined as: “Any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her”.
I hereby authorise Staffordshire County Council to process my data for the purposes of evaluation of demand for cross-pavement solutions and considerations for eligibility criteria. This will include the evaluation of demand to help SCC understand the need for the solutions outlined above. Your data shared for this purpose will not be shared outside of SCC and will not be used outside of the purposes stated.
I understand that my full address, full name and email address will be processed as part of the form submitted. I provide my consent for this data to be processed by SCC for the purposes outlined above.
I understand that for the data response I provide under Eligibility and Accessibility, I could choose to select whether any household occupier is a Blue Badge holder or Motability vehicle user. If either are selected, I consent for this data to be processed by SCC for the purposes outlined above.
Withdrawing Consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If you want to withdraw your consent, please contact: electricvehicles@staffordshire.gov.uk for consent withdrawal.
Retention Period
The data that you have consented for Staffordshire County Council to gather and use, will be retained for 6 years following the close date of the survey. If we intend to use the data for different purposes or processes or to share it in a different way, we will seek further consent from you.
