Involvement Opportunities:
Direct Payments:
Working together with people who access direct payments and provide support through direct payments to shape and develop information and resources available to people who may want to access direct payments and to those accessing direct payments.
Accessible Information:
Working together with Staffordshire residents and those who access Health and Care services to agree how information and communication will be presented and shared at Staffordshire County Council.
Celebrating Difference - Inclusive Travel:
Our Disability and Neurodivergent Partnership Board have agreed Inclusive Travel as this years celebrating difference topic. The group are working together to develop and improve experiences of people accessing public transport and celebrate good examples of what works well.
Recovery Co-production Group:
People who are in recovery, their families and those who deliver recovery and treatment services working together to improve experiences and support services available to people in recovery from drug and alcohol use.
Carers Forum:
Working together with carers of adults with a Learning Disability and/ or Social Care to improve and shape services.
