Welcome to the Staffordshire School Street pre-trial survey.
You must be 18 or over in age to complete this survey.
This survey is not an official consultation.
This survey will be used to review Staffordshire School Streets and intends to understand travel behaviours, journeys to school and the experience on the street outside the school before the one-day trial.
Surveys are carried out before and after the trial and during the pilot.
If you are a parent/guardian you can only complete one survey per school. If you have more than one child at the same school, please complete only one survey. If you have more than one child attending different schools and you have time, please complete one survey for each different school.
This survey should take between 5 and 10 minutes.
The closing date for this survey is 11:59pm Thursday 25th September.

All data collected on this page will be processed in line with our privacy notice. We will use the information that you have given us in order to develop our School Street project and the wider Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP).
