What do you think about working in social care?

There’s an army of people that work in care settings to look after our nearest and dearest, and the most vulnerable people in society. Many of them wouldn’t do anything else, though everyone can have tough days, just like any job.

Even though working in social care makes a real difference, and is a great career, working in care doesn’t appeal to some people. We want to understand why this is.
