Are you currently pregnant? Do you have a child under the age of 1 in your family? If so we need you to help us to shape services and support!

We would like to hear from pregnant people, mums, dads, nans, grandads, aunts, uncle and other family members who support with the care of babies in their family.

We would really love to hear about your experiences of pregnancy, birth, and caring for a baby. Every family’s journey is unique, and your views will help us understand what supports a healthy pregnancy and gives every baby the best start in life.

This survey has been developed in partnership by Stoke‑on‑Trent City Council, Staffordshire County Council, and the Stoke‑on‑Trent & Staffordshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). We want to understand what helps parents and their support networks feel supported, and what could improve things for families in our area.

The questions explore topics such as the information and support you received, what influenced your decisions, and what could have helped you further. There are no right or wrong answers—your honest experiences are what matter most.

Your responses will be kept confidential. When the results are analysed, anything that could identify you will be removed. The anonymised findings will be shared across the partner organisations above so we can work together to improve the support offered to parents, caregivers, and babies in Stoke‑on‑Trent and Staffordshire.

The survey will take between five and ten minutes to complete, depending on how much information you would like to share.

The survey will close for testing on 30.4.2026. Following testing, changes will be made where needed before it is released widely.
