Are you pregnant?
Do you have a baby under 1 year old in your family?
If yes, we would love your help to make services better.
We want to hear from people who care for babies. This includes mums, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members who help look after a baby.
We would like to know about your experiences of being pregnant, giving birth, and caring for a baby. Every family is different. Your thoughts can help us learn what helps people have a healthy pregnancy and gives babies the best start in life.
This survey was made together by Stoke‑on‑Trent City Council, Staffordshire County Council, and the Stoke‑on‑Trent & Staffordshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). We want to know what helps parents and families feel supported, and what could be better in our local area.
The questions ask about the help and information you received, what helped you make choices, and what more support might have helped you. There are no right or wrong answers. We want to hear what it was really like for you.
The survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete, depending on how much you want to share.
The survey will close for testing on 30 April 2026. After this, we will make any needed changes before sharing it more widely.
