We recognise the significant benefits of electric vehicles as they help to improve air quality, public health, and reduce carbon emissions.
It’s not our role or responsibility to install electric vehicle charging points, but we do have a role to support and coordinate the development of public charging points in Staffordshire that supports the move away from petrol and diesel vehicles.
Whilst most electric vehicle charging points will be installed at people’s homes and at businesses, Government funding will be used to support roadside and car park charging points.
This survey will help us understand where you think your local public electric vehicle charging points should be installed. This information will help us to identify suitable charging locations.
