Winners from the Staffordshire Dignity in Care Awards 2025

Welcome to our Dignity celebration page. Here you will find all the details of how we are recognising our fantastic adult care staff and unpaid carers in Staffordshire, and ideas of how to get involved with Dignity in Action Month (February). Treating people with dignity should be at the heart of great care and support, and we know we have fantastic people going above and beyond everyday for our nearest and dearest.

Read on to find out about our cover design competition - a great activity for adults in any type of care setting.

🎨Dignity in Care Programme Competition

Make your mark in a creative way! Adults who receive care across Staffordshire are invited to design the official 2026 Dignity in Care Awards Programme cover. The event programme tells everyone at our glamorous awards ceremony who the judges are and guests often take them home as a nice way of remembering the evening. So your artwork could be seen by hundreds of people! Here’s how it works:

  • You can choose between a colour in template, or a more ‘free style’ template. These are in the 'Downloads' box.

  • You can use whichever art materials you have already.

  • Designs will need to be posted to us with a signed permission form.

  • Don’t forget to include names too so we can credit the winning artist.

  • Judges will select the favourite design for the official Programme cover, and we will post you a printed copy later this year – good luck!

Submit your masterpiece:
To comply with data protection laws, we need you to fill out a form giving us permission to reference your name, artwork and where you are from as well as store your data. Please fill out this form (in the 'Downloads' box) and post it along with the art work to:

🏆What are the Dignity in Care Awards?

The Dignity in Care Awards celebrates how important people working in carers are and highlights the opportunities for people to make a difference.

2026 will mark the awards twelfth year and we welcome members of the public, work colleagues and families to recognise care services, teams and individuals who put dignity, respect, as well as quality care at the heart of everything they do.

Nominations for the 2026 Dignity in Care Awards will go live on 1 April 2026. Find out more about our 2025 winners and view photos from last year's event.
