Community Learning Service

We work with schools, colleges, independent training providers, charities and local community groups, as well as our own team of tutors, to deliver a range of learning opportunities for adults, families and communities across Staffordshire. Our offer includes courses to support your wellbeing and independence, to connect with your community and to help you learn as a family, as well as courses to develop your English, maths or digital skills, and help you prepare for further learning or work.

Your views are really important to us, we use your feedback to develop our service to meet the needs of Staffordshire residents.

We ask for feedback from learners in a number of ways, and we use this information to celebrate good providers and to share good practice. We also visit classes and work with tutors to develop the courses. If you have any concerns during your course, please raise them with your tutor as soon as possible.

Learner feedback questionnaire

Click on the button below to answer our Community Learning and Multiply Learner feedback surveys. We look at the information you provide anonymously, to help us assess the quality of our courses.

Learner focus groups

You may be invited to a learner focus group where you can discuss openly with other learners and a manager how you feel about your experience on your course. There is usually a theme to the discussion, which the tutor will let you know about before the group meets.

Learner telephone survey

We may also contact you by telephone or email after your course to find out if your course has had a positive impact on what you choose to do after your course e.g. continue with further learning, volunteering or gained employment, set up as self-employed or something else.
